TERMS OF USE

Welcome to CYBERTRUCKco.com. We have established our Terms of Use and we advise you that you are subject to these terms when you use the CYBERTRUCKco site.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Our website is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. That said, our offices are open Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm Pacific Standard Time, excluding National holidays. We strive to process orders within 48 hours of receiving your order. As an example… If you order over a weekend or Holiday, then your order will ship on the second business day. Always plan shipping times into your expectations to avoid rush shipping charges.

PROP 65 WARNING

All of our products have chemicals used in the processing or production that are known to cause cancer. When working on your vehicle and handling our parts:

• Do not eat, lick or otherwise ingest any of our products.
• Work in a well-ventilated area.
• Wear proper protective clothing, including gloves. Wash this clothing and gear separately from other items.
• Wash your hands when you finish, especially before preparing food or eating.
• Clean up your work area with a wet mop or vacuum cleaner with a high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter.

 

RETURNS

Refunds may be issued on new, unused products in the original packaging and must be returned within 30 days from purchase date. We can only offer a refund if you bought the product directly through us, if you purchased through a dealer, you must contact them for a refund. In some cases, we may access up to a 15% restocking fee, nor do we refund shipping fees or costs.

Dealers or distributors are not authorized to make dispositions binding upon CYBERTRUCKco. We will not be responsible for any labor charges incurred in removing or replacing any product under warranty.

All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number and a copy of the purchase invoice. Parts being returned without a return authorization may be refused at our receiving docks.

We do not under any circumstances refund shop labor for installation or disassembly of a product, painters cost for painting, or any other 3rd party vender related to use of the product.

DAMAGED AND LOST PACKAGES

All products are double-checked, carefully packaged and shipped in good condition when leaving our Poway, CA warehouse. Products that are damaged, regardless of the condition or appearance of box, or lost by the carrier must be reported to us immediately by calling us at 486-3838. We will file the claim for you and determine the best plan of action depending on the circumstances of the carrier loss or damage.

PRODUCT RELEASE OF LIABILITY

The buyer of any CYBERTRUCKco product releases Hotbodies Racing, Inc. from all liabilities as to the use of those products. The buyer recognizes that any alteration or modification to any vehicle may increase the risk of injury or accident and may also render the vehicle illegal for public road use. Always check with your local law enforcement and Department of Motor Vehicles before altering your vehicle in any way.

Competition Use Only Parts

Competition Use Only Parts may not be sold or used on a vehicle that is used on or off the public highways other than those vehicles used exclusively for competition. Competition Use Only Parts are aftermarket parts that replace or otherwise alter with the operation of the vehicle from it’s original design from the Factory.

Let’s be honest… CA laws were written to baffle Attorneys and leave room for interpretation, so an easy to understand interpretation in the case of our products might be: If our product removes or modifies OEM installed parts, then it might NOT be legal for CA public roads and should be considered a Competition Use Only Part.

That said… you must acknowledge and agree that the selected product you are purchasing from Hotbodies Racing, Inc. may affect the factory-installed equipment and if so is intended for racing use only, I.E. for use and installation on racing vehicles to be used on closed courses only and must not be used on public roads or installed on vehicles subject to emission control requirements.

I agree not to use or install this product on vehicles registered or used on California public roads. Furthermore, I am buying this product for my racing vehicle to be exclusively used in closed circuit racing. By purchasing this product, I confirm that I have read and understand this Warning and I will comply with CA requirements on the matter and will not hold Hotbodies Racing, Inc. responsible for any misuse.

All other trademarks and copyrights may be the property of their respective owners. Hotbodies Racing, Inc. is not affiliated with these companies.
